Uh Oh…. That’s Not What I Wanted. How Can I Edit My Order?

If you find that you have made a mistake on your order, please contact us immediately via our Contact Us form. We cannot guarantee we can make a change (again, we are diligently working on getting your order fulfilled and shipped) however, we will do our best to keep you satisfied.

This Just Isn’t Right For Me. How Can I Make A Return?

We are confident that our products are of high quality and an excellent Brand. But we understand that it just may not be for you. Unfortunately, we do not cover the cost of returns and we do not guarantee a full refund. Any returns made will have to be funded by you.

Ugh…I Just Want My Money Back. How Can I Get A Refund?

Although we try our best to keep all of our customers happy with our products, we are well aware that may not always be the case. Unfortunately, this is one of those times. We will only refund for items that were packaged and shipped incorrectly, or for orders shipped with missing items. All refund inquiries must be reported within 24 hours upon receiving your order via our Contact Us form.

 

Shipping policy

Broken Cycle Apparel, ships via USPS First Class mail which takes up to 3  business days to ship anywhere in the US  after 7-14 days of processing your order. All orders are made when the order is placed. Shipments outside of the US will take longer and are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.

Unfortunately, we are NOT responsible for any lost or damaged items during shipping. However, we will provide you with a tracking number so you may track your packages and or contact the USPS directly if your items are lost or damaged.
